I am curently reading Zombies VS. Unicorns. This book doesnt have just one or two authors like most books do. It has a total of twelve authors who are separated into two teams, team zombie and team unicorn. Team unicorns authors are Kathleen Duey, Meg Cabot, Garth Nix, Margo Lanagan, Naomi Novik and Diana Peterfreund. Team unicorns authors are Libba Bray, Alaya Dawn Johnson, Cassandra Clare, Maureen Johnson, Scott Westenfeld and Carrie Ryan. The two teams switch on and off between teling storys about unicorns or zombies. Inbetween each story they have humorus small arguments about wich is better, zomibeies or unicorns? I've read a little ore than half way through the book. Lots of thing have been happening in the book considering there are many different storys ,but they like to write about didfferent forms of bolth zobies and unicorns. Team uncorn has writen about killer unicorns, nice unicons, caged and endangered unicorns and even educated city unicorns. Team zobie has witen about robotic zombies, man eating zobies, zombies in hiding and even zombies who avoid eating people. So far i think the book is really good because there always coming up with somthing new. I think they author wrote this dook because he/she are creative and they wanted somthing fresh and new. Theres always big ideas in books and i think this books big idea is expect they unexpected. In each story theres different charecters but its usually they charecters that your maine charecter encounter are the best. They are always full of life and all so different. 'Unicorns exist in pop culture as bubble-gum colored, riding over rainbows, full of sparkles and stars''- Meg Cabot. I want to know how they thought of writing a book with multipul authors and how it was exicuted with that many people.
