Tanner Wymer I, Robot 10/5/12 Post 1
I am reading I, Robot a classic by Isaac Asimov. I am on page thirty-four. So far the main character is a little girl and she has a pet robot. Her parents thought she was spending too much time with the robot so they got rid of it. The girl isn't getting over not having the robot and they've tried everything. So they took her to the city to try to get her to forget about the robot but she thought they were going to the city to look for the robot. They start spoiling her in the city but nothing works, and thats all the further i've read. It's pretty good but I'm waiting for there to be more action I like books with more action. I think Isaac Asimov wrote this book because he was interested in the topic and wanted to learn more about it and share what he learned through a book. So far I'm not quite sure because I'm only on page thirty-four but I think it will be that you should learn to get over things because you cant always keep everything forever. I think the robot is the best character so far because he has been pretty much the center of attention the whole time. What did the parents even do with the robot? How much did the robot cost?
